Is it normal that i get pleasure from feeling angry and hateful?

Ok so to be sure there are times when I feel angry and it's not a pleasant thing. However, most of the time, anger makes me feel fucking righteous and powerful on the inside. And, I really love expressing HATE against those who deserve it. I feel that because my hate is justified, it is therefore a good thing, and hence it is a very pleasurable feeling that I get from it.

Is this normal?

I never feel pleasure from hate. But it is a necessary emotion despite what people want to think.

The pleasure is probably from venting your feelings. You feel a release emotionally. It's totally normal.

Just make sure of two things:

    1. You get pleasure from positive things as well.
    2. Your hatred is justified and not just a weak reflection of envy of someone who never hated you or did wrong. It has to be deserved over some heinous action they consciously took against you.

Assuming you're good on those two things, don't let it consume you. Get it out of your system (I used to write poems about fantasy killing them but of course not in reality, then showed the poems to friends so we could laugh at the person, who was usually a bully). That's satisfying, but then move on with your day and life. Don't give another moment of your valuable thoughts, energy or time to the mfer. Imagine how gleeful their sick cruel a$s would be if they knew. Don't give them the satisfaction.

Work on improving yourself and making yourself even more awesome. Then they'll be unable to stop thinking about you and they'll be miserable, even when you're not even around.

    Success is the best revenge.

Yes, it can be pleasurable when your anger is mixed with your pride and ego. Not moral but absolutely common and normal
