Sometimes I get pain in my hands and wrists. Is it normal or do I have Arthritis?

    You could have carpel tunnel, especially if you write or use a keyboard a lot. Seek professional advice if the problem persists. Pain is usually not normal seeing as it is your body's nervous system sending signals to your brain that something is wrong.

    I have pains in my wrist all the time too! :/ I can't twist it very far and I am almost sure it's carpal tunnel.

    Pain in your hands and wrists is definitely not normal, but there are SO many things it could be that it's impossible for people on the internet to know what it is. You should go talk to a doctor about it.

    You might have a muscular issue or a issue with your nerves. I think it would be best to consult a doctor.
