Is it normal that i get numb after doing something mean to someone?l

If i do something emotionally hurtful to someone or even myself, I get this weird, numb feeling around my body. I cant feel my hands, nor feet, and my head gets this tingly feeling. My heart feels like it hardened too and it hurts.

Like for example, if i do something bad to someone on purpose, i get that feeling. Is it my conscience telling me that it's bad for me to do it on purpose, or something like that?

The human brain makes you feel good if you do soemthing good to someone and bad if you do something bad to someone.

We evolved this quality because we are a social animal and if we do good things for other people they are more likely to help us when we need help, and be good to use. Thus we are more likely to survive and produce offspring.

I don't know but its a good idea to not do things that are emotionally hurtful.

The same thing happens to me. It almost literally hurts my heart when I'm mean to people. It's your conscious telling you that what you did was wrong and you need to make it right.
