Ok, Whenever I do a cartwheel or handstand (for cheerleading), after I do it all I see is stars??
I'm a cheerleader too, and it happens to me all the time, especially after back handsprings. I think it might just be from flipping and being dizy.
I mean ive done plenty of cartwheels and this has never happened to me before.. Thanks
Ya thts what happens when your upside down, all the blood rushes to your head
...maybe you have a low blood presure and should eat more, have orange juice and a peanut butter jelly sandwhich? Or what ever you like though I recomend orange juice its good for you and has plenty of energry. This is just an assumption try it and see what happens maybe it'll help?
