Is it normal that i get incredibly annoyed by really kind people?

Like, there's this boy in my school, and he's kind to everyone. Not normally kind though, almost suspiciously kind. I don't like it, and I want to know if this is normal.

    I find it funny because it's almost like people can't be kind anymore without having some sort of despicable reasoning behind it.

    I'm not saying everyone is kind for no reason, but I'd like to think that I am kind because I am a kind person. Not because I want your money or because I want to take advantage of you. Sometimes we need a little faith in humanity, you know?

    Kindness to others is a rare quality these days. It should be admired, not despised, IMO.
    I think there is something seriously wrong with YOU, not him.

    Like they have some sort of ulterior motive or they're hiding something. And every now and then you think maybe they are acting nice because they are genuinely just nice.
