Is it normal that i get horny when people say certain letters?

Honest question. Ever since I hit puberty (I am now in my late 20's) I get turned on (and also very irritated) when people accentuate the letter "P" when they speak. It's extremely difficult for me to hold a conversation with someone who pronounces their P's in a certain way. I get insanely annoyed and aroused at the same time. Does anyone else experience this?
