Is it normal that i get goosebumps everytime i think of action films?

Especially in those scenes where the protagonists are preparing for a gun battle. They are armed with all sorts of weapons, and then they walk cliche-ly out of their house; or when they are influenced/inspired to fight the antagonist.

To be more specific, that scene from Hot Fuzz (2007) where Sergeant Nicholas is at the mart in the gas station (he gives up on fighting the anatomist NWA), then notices a DVD rack of Bad Boys II and Point Break, then knows what he is going to do. He grabs a bunch of sprays and a pair of sunglasses, etc. He goes to the police station, and grabs the weapons. When he's ready, he turns around and we see him fully armed.
