Is it normal that i get furious with inanimate objects?
I think I may have anger issues. I'm constantly getting really mad at inanimate objects if they don't do exactly what I want them to do, or if they do something I don't like. I'll give you a few examples: Earlier today, I was eating a brownie, dipping it in milk, and a chunk of the brownie fell off into the milk, and I got really angry. I was cussing and fuming, and was about to squeeze the brownie together in my hands, only stopped by the fact that I wanted to eat it. I had to close my eyes and take deep breaths to calm myself down. The other day I was sitting on my bed, and the computer charger was on the floor, so I reached down from my bed to get it. I reached too far and fell off the bed, hitting my head on my desk chair. I got up, kicked my bed, and picked up the chair and threw it across the room. I left it there for two days. My hair is really curly, and hard to manage, and if my hair doesn't do what I want it to do, I'll seriously start pulling it. Or I'll start treating it really roughly to the point of pain. If an inanimate object wrongs me, I automatically feel the need to break it, or hurt it, acting as if it can actually feel it.
I also get really mad at people for the smallest things, but I'm good at containing myself with that.
Any help?
Oh, and I also find myself talking to the objects if they're making me mad. I don't think that's healthy.
