Is it normal that i get excited from all positive fysical contact?

Hi guys.

I am a 22 year old guy. And I have a rather awkward situation here.

I always get excited when having positive fysical contact, without being excited in a horny way, or without feeling sexually attracted.

And I first thought it is more of a teenager thing. But I am 22 already and I'm wondering if anyone else has the same experience.

Examples:

- I get lightly excited when hugging someone.
- My cat likes to get on my stomach when she just ate while
I'm laying in the sofa. Then I also get very excited,
though I don't feel sexually attracted to it. I don't like
beastiality or whatever it is called.
- I get excited while dancing, especially the slow.
- I get excited from getting a headmassage from a barber.
Luckily I never get a full boner.
I get excited watching ASMR, which is totally not sexual.
- Having sex with my girlfriend never takes longer than 5
minutes. So I always make sure she is pleased when I'm
pleased. Once I even ejucalated during forplay.

I don't know why my excitement trigger works so fast.

I also didn't mention that I have a light form of asperger's syndrom. I have read that autistics experience things different than other people. But I don't know if it has something to do with that.
