Is it normal that i get dizzy sometimes when i move to quickly?

ok so I am a female and I will get these major dizzy spells. I haven't gone to the doctor because by the time I get an appointment it stops. if I move too quickly it feels like my head and eyes are moving I a side ways 8 figure and its really scary because I can't focus and I don't know how long it will last. the spells only last about 10 seconds. I drink anywhere from 2-5 bottles of water a day. I've never been in any kind of tramatic accident or have ever had a concusion or anything like that. i do have really bad allergies, however I asked my allergies doctor about it and he said it wasn't from that. if any one can help me please tell me what u think i'm scared it will come back. please help

Yaaa I almost fall down sometimes if I stand up too fast. Dizziness and temporary blindness followed by twinkly stars.

YESSSSS!!!! I'll stand up from sitting on my couch and my knees will go numb for a second and my periodical vision starts going blacks and moves inwards to my center vision and stars

this^ It is caused by the blood rushing out of your head if you stand up too quickly.

my blood pressure has always been kinda low too. I forget what it usually is... haven't been to a doctor in a while.

When I move too fast my eyes goes extremely dark. But you might have a very, very minor medical condition. Worst case, it "could" be MS, but I'm not sure, the chances are 1/100,000 of your case being that. My mums friend had that, then got MS.

You'll be fine though. Don't worry, there are worse things that could happen. Always look up!

when you move quickly is it in a circle or possibly a spinning motion of some sort?

Seems like low blood pressure. Try not moving too abruptly. See doctor.
