Is it normal that i get disturbed by neighbour's doorbell buzz sound

It buzzes around afternoon but it's not always same time. and it makes me doubt that I'm being disturbed on purpose by them. is it a coincidence or is it not random.A m I over thinking about the buzz sound?

    Lock their penis in a small metal cage to which you hold the only key.
    Upon perfect behavior allow them 5 minutes of supervised masturbation once a month.
    Let them know that any buzzing will result on additional days added on before their next release period.
