Is it normal that i get chills sometimes when i'm hot?

I live in the tropics but sometimes i would suddenly just get chills mainly when i'm hot. Is that normal?

    That happens when ur body over heats try drinking water:) iz like when u dip ur hand in to really hot water iz so hot ur body is trying to cool u down so it feels cold
