Is it normal that i get boners playing with my hot straight friend?

I'm referring to two straight males in our mid-20s. So my best friend is always on my mind. He is such a good looking, hot, tatted up, muscular stud, with a great down to earth personality. He literally got with any girl he wanted to date growing up. I smoke a lot of weed with him because it's his favorite activity besides basketball. I just find him so damn incredibly attractive. He is hands down the best looking guy I know, and the tattoos he has on his body just makes it that much better. It's so hard to keep my eyes and hands off of him. He is such an attractive pretty boy with the perfect tattoos.

The crazy thing is that we have such a close and unique bromance. I smoke so much weed with him that often times he passes out while we're stoned together. I especially love it when he passes out in his bed and I could literally spend a half hour to an hour just cuddling him or feeling up his muscular arms. Many times he acts like he's sleeping and I know he's not really sleeping because of the smirk or super cute smile he has on his face. I just look at him in awe, because he is so cute and hot at the same time. He always want us to smoke weed together so we feel good.

We've never done anything sexual. He has a girlfriend that he is regularly having sex with because they live together. But we just have this unique bromance relationship that I feel is unlike any other. Whenever she's traveling, my best friend often times will invite me over to smoke up and spend the night. I just love it when we're playing around in bed. He seems to enjoy it but probably not nearly as much as me. I also take a lot of candid photos of him because he's just so damn irresistibly fine!

Cuddling him is never weird. I'm super touchy-feely with him and he always lets me have my way with him. Like I said, he pretends to sleep in my car, on the couch, or in his bed. Most I've done is cuddling though. I just love him and care about him so much. So has this ever happened to you guys? I've popped so many boners when I'm with him in bed. I would love for one day to be able to experience something more, I just cannot risk our relationship.
