When I'm alone in the bedroom, I take off my clothes and touch myself, and I feel so turned on. Is this normal? If it is, should I stop it?

Like what Cob. said, you should seriously consider visiting a doctor about this problem. Be it medical or psychiatric, you need a professional's help.
This is not normal at all whatsoever. I would recommend visiting a doctor. This is very unusual and I'm concerned.

I have found that through the years it is far better to get somebody else to do the touching...it is more relaxed!
