Is it normal that i get aroused by someone smoking and coughing?

Basically the thought of someone overindulging (also overeating and gaining weight) turns me on.

But I feel guilty that im essentially getting aroused over someone damaging there body.

I would never actively encourage such things in real life for my own gratification but I still fell guilty!
