Is it normal that i get angry at everything my bf does?

For some reason, I've been getting angry at almost everything my bf does or say. I also get really emotional and any little thing he says, makes me cry. This recently started happening so it's not long term. I catch myself acting this way after we have our little silent moment. IIN?

That's not normal and must be a miserable experience for your boyfriend.

  • Dump him. Save him the misery of having to be around you.

      Yep, good call.
23 years wasted with a woman who was constantly grumpy, every ounce of unhappiness was my fault and she was the worlds most unfortunate victim. My daughter labelled her the sympathy seeker. Now, I have the best life and yep she's still grumpy and seeking sympathy.

Awh, well I'm happy for you but I'm nothing like your ex. I always blame myself for being unhappy due to stress etc. I don't blame him for my unhappiness. The people below me are right. I'm just going througt something but I'm lucky my bf is standing by me.

Often comments are based an individual's subjective experience. Please accept my apologies.
stress. I decided about 1 year ago by never to stress about work again as stress is a total waist of brain capacity, unproductive, causes unhappiness and sickness. I asked a some good mates to ask me every so often how my new stress policy was working to remind me. Some guys thought I was a nutter but it worked.
U R Very lucky to have a good BF to stick you. Don't let it drag on for too long. Good luck.

It's not good but in my experience that is normal girlfriend behavior.

Us men usually refer to that as PMS.

And this was a description of it I found online - A powerful demon that summons itself into the body of a woman once a month for about a week. Also can be referred to as - Pissed at Men Syndrome

Now that's not right. I get pissed at men and women, the old and the young, during this phase.

Also also referred to by the women of the species as "Pass my Gun". XD

Funny, but I know it's not my period because I'm irregular.

That simply means your PMS will be irregular.

Anger can mean you think you've been wronged. So what has he done or said that you think is unfair to you? Just be honest with yourself and evaluate it after.

Hmm... the only time I was ever like this in a relationship it was because I was angry at something he did but was venting in unhealthy ways. Didn't take me long to realise what I was doing and we sat down and had a good talk about everything, but in your case I don't know.

Maybe you're just not that into him anymore? Anything else bothering you that you've been supressing that might be popping out when you guys have disagreements?

No. I feel sorry for your boyfriend. If it causes both of you this much distress and misery it might be time to call it quits.

A person will stick around for only so long before they call it quits... Just be careful how you treat him cause i imagine you'll feel even worse when he's not around to vent at.

It's probably just a phase in your life or relationship
