Is it normal that i get a thrill out of scratching my balls?

I spend most of my free time in bed on my laptop or xbox with my scrotum hanging out so I can scratch it...my scrotum doesn't itch, but whenever I scratch it, it feels extremely good. I have a habit of scratching it with a comb, but after a while it starts to go red.

    What does this have to do with "health"?!
    It should in sex or urges. I wouldn't say that it's normal.

    Of course its going to go red you are scratching it with a comb. Genitalia is a very sensitive area. So any kind of touching might give you stimulation. Try rubbing instead of combing.
