Is it normal that i get a headache waking up everyday?

I always get them if I don't sleep properly.

It happens to me if I sleep with the light on or music playing. Anything other than silence and my head hurts.

I sometimes get those too, especially if I wake up with a start. I'll get up, but my head hurts so much that I have to get back in bed.

Waking up to an alarm? Those things can be so loud.

Sinuses? Drastic change in weather overnight triggers mine. I.e like tonight a storm is coming but it's like 30 degrees c out right now

Are you sleeping with the heater on? That could dry out your sinuses and cause a headache.

Lack of sleep, stress, tension, dehydration. Or if you're really lucky, migraines.

What part of the head hurts? Behind eyes, band across forehead, base of skull/nape of neck? Sinus?

That happends to me too when i don't get enough sleep.

i get a lot of headaches too in the morning. maybe you're stressed or lacking enough sleep?
