Is it normal that i gain 3kg in one night?
Since forever I gain weight very easily. In a year i gained 15kg and i'll be completely honest.. I'm not eating too much food. I only eat once or twice a day!
Recently i've done a chemical diet. I lost 8kg.
Last night i went out w/ a friend for a dinner and next day i woke up 3kg fatter!
And this has not happened for the first time. All my life i've been like that, but it's now that i realized that i'm the only person i know i have this problem. If i eat something(anything) in the night, i'm gonna gain weight..and i'm can't lose it! whatever i do, i don't burn fat!
once i gained weight 8kg in one week..and i was just eating my healthy home made lunch..
Any idea what's wrong with me.. and what should i do?
