Is it normal that i found pale girls way more hot than tanned ones?

I was discussing this with someone yesterday XD I really hate tans, they look horrible. My sister likes to get tanned, real or fake, sometimes I can't even see a difference between the tan and her normal skin tone and sometimes it's really over the top.
I agree with dappled that people look better as they naturally are.

People tend to look best how they naturally look. That's probably a more tactful way to say it rather than chicks look ugly.

Also, tanned girls almost always have a form of arrogance and stuck-upness in their face, it's disgusting.

I am 1/3 Southern Italian, 1/3 German, and 1/3 American so I am Caucasian. My Italian genes over power my other genes so I naturally have "tan skin". I also spend a lot of time outside but wear spf 30 religiously but still get color. There are "tan" girls who can't help that they don't have smooth creamy porclin skin or cute freckles.

Well I personally, as a girl, think tanning has gone to a new destructive level. People look at tan as being hot and attractive. If you are naturally tan, then sweet! I have nothing against u. It's the pale girls who try to be someone that they aren't that really annoys me. Many guys do think that a pale complexion can be very pretty. It does signify innocence especially when it is paired with blue eyes, which it usually is. For all those pale ones out there, stay how u r!!!!

Yes it's normal! I'm a girl, and I have to say, I'm super pale! It's really simple, you like what type you like! There's nothing wrong about that! Just, be what you want, and like what you want! There is no right nor wrong on different thoughts or people! I hope this helped! :)

it's kind of refreshing to hear that someone actually likes pale people. our society is so dead set on being tan, it's slightly ridiculous.

however, i go tanning anyways. i'm irish-american and very, very fair skinned. to the point where it's extremely difficult, if not impossible, to find makeup in my skin color. to the point where (i'm a nurse) my anemic patients are the same color as i am.

Same here, I like pale skin more. Tanned skin can be beautiful but it just depends really. Fake tan = me saying to them, GTFO of my sight.

I think that tans look cute on girls. Obviously being orange is super gross but not all fake tanning makes you look orange. I use a tanning bed in moderation, don't look orange at all, and just look like i have a nice healthy color rather than look sick and pasty. No one can tell that I go tanning at all the key is to do it properly. I assume that people are seeing tanning portrayed the wrong way on lame tv shows like jersey shore (I'm assuming I've never seen the show once but I heard of gtl which apparently stands for gym tanning laundry) anyway let's put it this way...If a girl is hot she will be hot tan or no tan. So this is really just a waste of time isn't it.

I don't like fake tans, but I like real ones. When I get a real tan I make sure my tan line is visible so everyone knows it's the real deal, and I'm not like those fake girls that look like orange oompa loompas.
