Is it normal that i found out this was happening at an animal rescue?

Well I do volunteer work for a local animal shelter and we dont have an actual headquarters, we keep the animals in kennels. Now some of the volunteers, bless their hearts, are very enthusiastic when it comes to the animals we are working to save. And in this enthusiasm that they have, it has been found out that some of them have been engaging in bestiality with some of the "prettier" residents. Now I understand some of these people are just lonely, but isnt this illegal? Should I report them even though they do great work and volunteer their time? Is it normal that they think since the animals are abused this helps them "recover"? Should the videotapes they made be sold to certain websites that cater to that as a way of raising funds for our organization? We are not for profit.
