    Momonator is right... Screaming, rapping, swearing black girls are loud and plenty in my area.

    Might be cultural. I work with a Chinese woman who goes at least fifty decibels higher than is required.

        I honestly wear noise-cancelling headphones at work and I swear she's found a way around them. She has a "noise-cancelling headphone"-cancelling voice!
