Is it normal that i floss my genitals

I was born with a cleft scrotem and I've never had enough money to get it fixed and sometimes it gets kind of dirty in the clevage of my testicals and its just easier to clean it with floss. Does anybody else have this problem?

    Whatever works best for you. If you're going to be disfigured, might as well be clean too, right?
