Is it normal that I find over confidence and arrogance in the opposite sex to be a turn off? People who are overly proud, and brag about themselves a lot turn me off.

    That's how everyone feels. Even arrogant people don't like arrogant people.

    Totally agree with you, proud people are arrogant and as the old saying goes, pride leads to a person's downfall...

    Normal everybody find it annoying but sadly most of people at least whom I have met are little bit arrogant & cocky

          Why do you say that? Where are you from? There's a lot of factors. In my opinion there has being a sissification of the persons though the time.
