Is it normal that i find sexy dances stupid and non arousing at all?

So, like all good stories, this start with a bar conversation with friends.

All of my friends started talking about how awesome it would be to have their girlfriends give them a sexy dance. To be honest, I have never in my life found the act arousing at all, it just feels corny and fabricated. If any of my ex girlfriends would have done that, I would have burst in uncontrollable laughter. I actually thought that this was most like a "porno" thing and that not many guys actually liked it.

Well, I assume that it could really be nice to some people, but it just doesn't sail my boat at all. So, what do you think people? Am I normal?

    I know what you mean about corny and fabricated. I could not help but feel embarrassed for the person doing the dance.

    Listen, I believe that you like women that have respect for themselves. Women flaunting their bodies for money is just plain repulsive. It doesn't leave much for the imagination. And then not to mention that most of them are young.. They don't have respect for themselves, well they might be confident in their bodies but applying for a job, they will ask , "What was your previous job?"
    "OH I was a Stripper!" that's appealing and im sure you can get a job by doing that (Sarcasm). Men go there and see the women as just sex appeal nothing more and nothing less. sex, sex, sex. that's it? Men don't go to a strippers club to 'get to know them'. so personally I agree with you! But im not so sure about horny teenage boys though.

      Actually, I didn't mean this at all. First of all, I was referring to the girlfriend-boyfriend scenario. And also, I don't think that doing sexy dances or even being a stripper is degrading to women.

      My point was just that for me this is silly, just that. But I completely understand if someone likes these kind of stuff.
