Is it normal that i find sex disgusting even though i'm a virgin?

Wow. I'm having a hard time trying to say something that might be useful.
Instead of thinking about the sexual act, perhaps you could imagine the pleasure you might get from the intimacy of having a really close friend you love and care for and who loves you and cares for you, too. Someone to hold you and support you when you are sad, lonely or having a bad day. Someone to hold your hand when you walk down the street, surrounded by strangers.
Someone to take hikes with, share a meal or just talk about your day with; a partner and friend in life.
Believe me, when everything is right, the sex part will take care of itself; you won't give it a second thought. Until then, just allow yourself the pleasure of human companionship.

What do you mean "even though"? That sounds like something a virgin would be MORE likely to think. But because people who think that are more likely to stay virgins and people who never try sex are less likely to understand the appeal.

I think that the title should be "i find sex digusting BECAUSE i'm a virgin"
when i was one / was younger it scared me too... i think your point of view will change soon though.

I could see how you could see that. I do usually just skip the actual penetration whenever I watch porn. I'm a virgin to but I know what you mean by it being gross. It just looks weird; I imagine that since you're girl it also probably looks painful. But we're humans and we have urges and it's totally normal. Just look at eating, have you seen how some people chew their food? They just keep stuffing their faces and not caring about whatever drippings get on their shirts. It can be disgusting. Yet it's human and natural to want to eat and enjoy your food. I'd imagine that sex is kind of like that, where it's not all rough and crude, but it can be beautiful and a gentle experience for both the people involved. Just because it's on a porno, doesn't mean that it happens in real life, says my friend who isn't a virgin.

Your never know what its like if you never had sex , the internet doesn't eplain how it feels and yeah it some times be bad if you get a STD or end up being pregnant but it feels GREAT x

It's all about hormones. Like I have never been pregnant and can't understand how baby crazy some women are. They must have higher baby hormones than I do. Maybe if I got pregnant my hormones would kick in, but I can't imagine wanting a baby. Ever. I see that picture of the Gerber baby and I think, Gee, what an ugly baby.

I'm a virgin, I don't think sex is dirty or anything, I just don't have much desire to have it. But if I find the right person I may change my mind. Maybe you will change your mind someday, or perhaps you're an asexual, which there's nothing wrong with.

if you're a 10 year old going through emotions, then yes it's normal.

if you're, say, 15 or older... see a therapist maybe?
