Is it normal that i find my girlfriend controlling?

I have been dating a girl for the past 4 and a half months, and feel that she does things to slowly change me and/or control me. It's the little things that bother me, like I pick up something at a store and quickly says "put that down" as if I were a child. She often quiets me as if she was embarrassed of what I was saying in public. I want to think that I love this girl and can go on with this but what should I do?

    This is controlling behavior and it's not healthy. You should find someone else who treats you better.

    She is dominant in nature but it doesn't meant that she is not loveable.

    Maybe she's just trying to help you? Either way, it upsets you so you should talk to her about it.
