Jeans to me are the "ca-ca" of apparel - male or female... People LIVE in these... WHY...? They don't LOOK good - the material is so darned ugly looking - and one can't go in all and any "class" establidhments with these on...
I haven't worn jeans in eons and whwn I did, I couldn't see what all the "liking" was about by people...
I wear only totally feminine apparel, ffrom dresses, to skirts, sweaters, tops, some slacks. but they are of the feminine variety, and I'm never seen out of high heels, make up, coiffed hair (actually wigs) - but then again, I'm a long time married crossdresser.
So I'm with you, jeans are not very nice nor comfy..

I hate jeans. I think they're so uncomfortable. My mom recently got me some pajama jeans. They are so comfortable! I'm mad that I didn't invent them. Nobody knows I'm wearing pajamas. They just think they are jeans.

I have never liked jeans--not the way they look or feel--and Im glad dresses and leggings re popular now because I was always the weird girl who never wore jeans!
I don't like them because they never fit me right, waist too high or too low, legs usually too long too tight some places too loose others. Bleh!

I don't know about that- my physics TA friend wears pajama jeans and I can definitely tell that her pockets are fake and the material is odd.

  • Jeans can have a very uncomfortable and rather stiff fit. They can feel like sandpaper (especially if they are new) or they can be as soft as mink and fit like a glove if they have been distressed on purpose. It really depends on how much you wear them which determines how soft they ultimately become. What kind of cotton was used to make them, and the styling of the jeans also plays a part in comfort.

Some women have a prejudice, right out of the gate, against jeans b/c they associate them with men for some reason. This is especially true of females who reside outside of the United States of America. Many women globally simply won't wear pants of any sort.

Jeans have been a very common piece of clothing for American males and females since the late 1960's - early seventies; beginning with the "Bell Bottoms". Personally, I like to wear jeans if I can find a stylish, feminine, and comfortable pair.

    Different strokes for different folks.
