Is it normal that i feel too skinny?

So I'm pretty fit. I like to exercise and dance a lot, but every time I look at myself I feel like I don't have enough muscle on my body. I feel like I need to workout more and get bigger. A few friends have told me I'm big enough, but I don't really believe them.

I'm 5'7 and I know my body type is more towards the lean side, but I feel like I'm "too" skinny. I've gotten compliments before saying I got muscle, but I just don't see it in myself. Is this a problem?

Kate Moss once said that "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels."

I think it is normal to not feel well with the way you look. However, you should believe your friends...
I used to be really skinny before, and I could not see it myself, I was always thinking I could be thinner. Now I gained weight and when I look at my pictures back then I think "How could I not see I was that thin??" So you should trust your friends, because they care for you and they will always tell you the truth.

K i started training like 4 years ago. At 1st i trained like a mofo and i gained over 30 pounds of muscles. I still thought i was too skinny. Its a desease resemblant to anorexia. Heres a trick, stop looking at yourself in the mirror. Have you notice the 1st 30 seconds you look in the miror you are like wow i'm fit, 1 min later you don't see it anymore, 5 minute later you think your very skiny. carefull mate.

Its normal. I run track & field. So I'm lean and have lots of muscle. I love it! I love that I can eat what I want and not gain weight. I love being able to fit into the smaller sized dresses in stores, not having to ask the lady at the counter if they have it in a bigger size. I love getting complements and never feeling fat.
Be proud and happy of your size. It's okay to be skinny. You are healthy and beautiful, thats all that matters.
