Is it normal that i feel tickled in my chest when i'm excited?

Well, sometimes when I think of something that excites me ( going on a trip, concert, getting a pet..) I feel a few seconds of tickle in my chest, around my heart area. It's not a bad feeling it just makes me don't want to wait any longer and get what I desire. Is it normal?
