1) If birth begins life, then people who kill pregnant women should not be tried for murder twice.

2) Sperm and Ovum, alone, are alive but they are not life. Neither of them exclusively lead to human life. Once together as an embryo, they have the potential for human life.

3) Fetuses are not parasites. The female body is built to create and carry young. While the fetus takes nutrients from the female body, it is not covert like a parasite. It is a fully, biologically voluntary process (in cases that do not involve complications such as Rh differences). Calling women incubators is degrading. Is a woman nothing but an incubator if she has children of her own will?

4) Just because a pro-lifer is not personally willing to adopt a child for whatever reason, does not mean that no one out there is willing to. Despite that fact that many are unwilling to adopt grown children from foster care, it is not difficult to find a loving family for a baby. Adopted children, on average, have a better quality of life.

5) It's funny how men need to "just get over it" when they don't want a woman to get an abortion, but when they don't want to be fathers and she wants to have the baby, he's a dead-beat douchebag if he does not want to be a father. Coolio.

The concept of Pro-Life is that women should take responsibility for their actions and not at the expense of the developing humans inside of them. The base of it is for women to be more responsible in their sexual habits and not land themselves in that situation in the first place. Pro-Life, essentially, is a sheltered and naive philosophy that neglects many of the harsh realities of having a baby in many of the bad situations that women would be in should they continue their pregnancy. Abortion is rarely an easy choice.

I'm about as Pro-Choice as they come, but this "nana nana boo boo" of shitty arguments towards Pro-Lifers was just irresistible. You're not going to sway any actual Pro-Lifers with "if you eat cum your a cannibal, stay out of uteras pl0x".

There are a lot of good arguments that you can use, you don't need to resort to childish Facebook political pic arguments

I'm sorry, but your reasons are just...Ugh. I am pro-choice, but your reasons are vile.

1) No, life does not "happen" when passing through a bit of flesh.

2) Sperm is not at all the same as a fetus...(I really hate the idiocy of that argument).

3) With that reasoning, a woman can just have a child killed when it is in its far later development simply because it is in her, which is vile.

4) That's like saying "Unless you risked your life to save someone in a burning building, that must mean you want them to burn"...

5)The last one irritates me. You completely take away the humanity of men in doing so as if to say "You can't care about the child you contributing to making possible". Just because it is in the woman's body does not mean that the man cannot care and base his feelings on the subject on that.

I wonder, however, are you for "financial abortion"? Would you think a man has the right over "his" life to take no responsibility for a child a woman has chosen to regardless of his choice? Can men say "Stay out of my life" when he wants to use a male version of abortion?

Alright here is a little lesson of how things ACTUALLY WORK. Sperm is not fertilizing anything till it hits an egg. If you ever seen an unfertilized bird egg you realize its just material. It has not actually formed a chick yet. A baby starts forming after the sperm hits the egg.

Secondly if you are going to argue it does not matter that the baby has its own body you might as well argue child abuse is alright since it CAME from the mothers body.
