I have this girl friend (friend that's a girl) that for I don't know what reason, whenever I introduce her to a guy friend (friend that's a guy) of mine, she would be close to them. Though at first when I wanted to introduce them all, she was saying that it would be awkward and such and didn't want to befriend them. The ironic thing is that she is only close to them in front of me. When I talk to them when I'm with her, she would want to cut the conversation and say about her stuffs to them. When I'm not talking to them, she does not talk to them. I hate it when she acts that way... Am I normal into feeling that way?

    Considering the fact that we only have your view on the situation it is kind of difficult to judge what is going on. When only looking at the situation from your point of view it would seem like the girl is trying to make you jealous by being overly friendly to other guys. However, since we do not know what the girl is thinking she might actually not care about you at all. So, there is a chance that this is all in your head and you are just in love with her, which makes you annoyed whenever she is friendly to other guys in front of you..

    she seems to need attention, mostly YOUR attention. when she can't get yours she'll get your friends' instead. the logic is simple, if she doesn't do that while you and your friends get together, she'll be ignored by you, so to speak. then she interacts with your friends so you will HAVE to pay attention to her and the show she's putting on for them
