Is it normal that i feel that a demon is watching over me?

Did it ever occur to you that a non malevolent spirit is watching over you? Have you ever spoke to it? Try asking its name.

If you are truly scared, try smudging your house with sage. If that sounds weird to you- get frankincense and myrrh- the wise men brought this as a gift of protection for baby Jesus. But sage is used far more widely across the world for this purpose.

It is just your imagination. The wind is just the wind and the sounds you hear are normal. If your fears continue to trouble you, go see a therapist.

Read Colossians 2:15, Matthew 28:18-20, and Luke 10:19. Jesus has been given all authority by the Father. Jesus has delegated His authority to you, the believer, to use against the Enemy. You have been given Christ’s authority over all the works of the enemy, and the devil and his demons can NOT harm you. Order the demons to be gone in the name of Jesus and they can never trouble you again.

Also read John 10:29 and Ephesians 1:21. You are in Jesus's hands and NO ONE, no power or principality, can take you from Him.

If you do beleive in jesus he'll protect you, and dont think about it too much, if something atatcks you you can probably defend yourself, keep a baseball bat near your pillow, hope this helps.

Yeah you might believe its 110% true but that doesnt make it true. There are quite alot of people who have said this all befoe and most of them are religious.
i mean even i felt like this once when i thought about being a christian but soon after i realised it was all in my head and the noises are just random noises from outside etc.

dont worry there isnt a demon/devil in your room if there was do you think it would just spend time making random little noises? lol

When you think about something you only give it more power by giving it your attention.

Quit thinking about the demon and think about a shield around you-say an egg shaped sphere that is impenetrable by supernatural forces, and because you concentrate on your sheiks you divert thought from your demon and at the same time you are creating a wall that it cannot break through because you say it can't.

Ok so you are christian and believe in god yet some how this would mean a demon is watching over you? Even if something is watching you why do you assume it is a bad spirit? Why could it not be a good spirit? Why would a demon be watching out for you? I thought demons were suppose to be bad?

I'm not a Christian but I've had a couple of experiences where I feel that there is horrid presence where I'm at or where I'm sleeping.

It's stupid to disregard feelings because most people say they are stupid. The truth is that no one 'knows' anything. I've done some research into demons and things like that and I haven't come up with too much hard data

what is most likely happening here (if it's not an over active imagination) is that you have a ghost. this could be a spirit guide. which is someone that chooses to watch over you and help you (like a human angel, just for you).

It could also be a run of the mill spirit (think Ghost Whisperer tv series). Maybe a dead relative who is around to check in on you.

At worst, your paranoia about it has called something a bit more negative. like a spirit what draws on your energy like a parasite.

remember like attracts like. talk to your pasture or priest or what ever the elders or heads of your religion are called.

I'd say find someone who can communicate with spirits or angels to see if there is something, but that may not be available to you because of your religious beliefs.

I think you might be impressing the impression of having a demon watching over you, in so much as, the more you think about it, the more you convince yourself that it's there and it's true.

If it really bothers you, talk to your priest/vicar or whatever, they'll help you.

Maybe you watch too much Tv:)
