Is it normal that i feel sad once a day and feel the need to cry?
I feel sad here and there throughout my days. It stops me from moving forward with plans or focusing on my studies because I feel extremely down as i overthink about the aspects of my life that i feel upset about (lack of good friends, always wanting to be with my boyfriend but not showing it)
I feel the urge to cry even for a short minute, once a day.
What do i do? Is this normal.
