Is it normal that i feel really guilty after masturbation?

Is it just me or this happens to everyone else? cos once i release sperm i get this horrible feeling, my conscience condemns me and i feel like i'm never gon do it again but before i know i'm back at it... the feelings are really bad, can anyone help?

    Apparently you are very young. This feeling of guilt is normal, but try to get over it cuz it's useless. Anybody who does not readily admit to frequent masturbation is a liar. We ALL do it. And we ALL love it.

    Are you guilty for religious reasons? Were you brought up to think that masturbation is a sin? If so, that really sucks dude... having sexual feelings is 110% normal and anyone who says otherwise is unhealthy. Repressed sexual feelings will make you insane. Think about the priests who molested altar boys. They were oppressed and confused. I say, jack away jack. You should not feel guilty, you should feel good about masturbation because sexual health is important.

    no that is not normal. i think you are feeling guilty with regard to the porn you are watching. are you getting off on incest or of something similar?

    Ha me too! But I feel if I don't do it it will build up and I could get prostate cancer! U might never be able to get it up if u stop...

    Normal? Yeah, I think it is. I felt the same way for a long time, and to some extend still do sometimes after "flying solo".

    Is there a point on feeling guilty though? No.

    Masturbating in your privacy is a harmless activity. No one gets hurt. You feel good about yourself. You release some of your sex energy. You get to know yourself better. Not to mention that everyone does it as well. Heck, its even good for your health and it might help you get more focused on other things afterwards instead of feeling the sexual urge on your pants :)

    Really... there's no need to feel guilty. Yet, I've felt that for a long time too. So, yeah, it's normal.
