Is it normal that i feel proud the less i eat?

is it normal that today I felt really nauseous and all I've had all day is 300 calories because food made me nauseaus... But I'm actually really proud of how little I ate and wish I could keep doing this until I lose like 20 pounds. In case you havent already guessed, yes: I have really low self esteem.

You should consume over 1000 calories daily. Which you need to eat health foods, not junk food. I find people ridiculous these days who think that its great eating so few calories. The less you eat the hungrier you get, your stomach actually starts to eat itself. No lie! Then once you start eating that way later on you'll start consuming more just because you'll crave more and then your body has a slower metabolism do to you not eating much. Then you gain weight much easier because you go anorexic and your body gets use to a slow metabolism.

Just eat health foods and get exercise in.

You have to stop caring about what people think is beautiful and learn to accept your body. I would actually bet money that there is a guy or girl that you know who finds you attractive.

Nothing to be proud of. Keep it up to lose 20 pounds and you will look weak and sickly, in my book that's much worse then being 20 pounds overweight

My mom's theory was that we always had to carry an extra 7 pounds in case we got sick :o)

It makes me feel proud too:)

I don't know how many calories I consume, though. I eat low calorie foods....

If I eat 1-2 meals a day, I feel somewhat proud. I don't feel proud when I eat when I'm full. I guess it's normal. Just make sure you eat healthy things and get enough nutrients.

    Good Luck!
