its been happening since a month now and its freaking me out nowadays.it feels like my head has got pulse and it beats.it doesn't cause any pain but its irritating and my head and ears feel hot too.is it normal or do i have any problem?
It happens to me after running or exercise. I think it's normal. Sometimes it happens to my hands after they've carried something really heavy or have been squeezed

Maybe if you're doing a workout or running and the blood could be rushing into your head pretty fast, ugh i'm not too sure. I'd go get it checked out by a doctor!!
You my have high blood pressure. Not surprising with all the salt in processed foods. You can check it at Walgreems, but their machine may not be accurate. It will give you a rough idea, though.
Same. I've had it for years now, just in my head or ear or something like that, just every now and again. And when I'm in the bath, although I think that one's normal. I wonder what causes it. I'm Googling it!:P
Edit: so far, people on the webs mainly seem to be saying that it's due to stress or blood pressure (eek!). I'll keep reading:). Oh, and someone's just mentioned something called "Pulsatile Tinnitus". Haha, perhaps I'm overreacting with this. Just maybe worth a read to see if it chimes with what's going on with you. It seems fairly common. Although, I don't know much about it.
