Is it normal that i feel like this every day?

Lots of stressful situations has been happening very close together. Everyday after school I feel like crying or murdering someone and screaming. Last week was final exams and next week I have another final exam. To pass 3 religion classes I need 80 hours of community service. Two nights ago a distance cuzin was beaten to death by my uncle while both were on cocaine. It's bothered me all day and I have trouble sleeping(after sleeping for two or three hours I woke up with my heart pounding) I also been getting sharp chest pains with a pulse to it. Everyone at school hates me because I haven't been interested in making friends or talking in the past 4 years. I prefer to keep quiet because my life is stressful enough don't need anymore people causing drama.

Of course it's normal for you to feel this way with the troubles you have.
I know this is a normal /not normal question but I would like to offer some advice along with that opinion.

I would use that 80 hours of community service to your advantage! You could apply some of this to the situations the community service might put you in, and who knows, it could be a good experience :)

Try opening up to someone or something. (By something, I mean a journal, or express yourself through art or alternative means) and reach out to someone who doesn't bring out the stress in you, but the best in you. Someone your comfortable around. You can meet new people through part-time jobs, local activities, and even just striking up a conversation with an employee at your favourite restaurant.

Also, try to find structure in your life to help cope with the outer chaos. Something you can rely on to let your mind focus on something other than the problems. Like starting a project of your choice or something constructive and challenging.

I would also suggest going on walks or getting outside as much as you can. It's amazing what fresh air and being closer to nature can do to ease your mind.

Lastly, make yourself laugh everyday. Tell yourself jokes, watch comedies that apply to your sense of humour. Laughing can really help you think more positively even if it's slight, that's still one step closer to feeling better.

Give it a shot, I hope this helps.
    Good luck!
