Is it normal that i feel like this?

Ok so I work in an office and it gets really cold sometimes when my hands feels dry just like when u just wash your hands that kinda a dry. I always have to put lotion because I feel like I can't breathe,.. I catch myself gasping. I'm kinda scared..

    It the aircon that dries you out. My sinuses react to aircon.

    no doctor you need fresh air like me at my uncles house he always has this damn heat way high and i got the hottest room in the house and it sometimes makes it to were i can't breath until i open up a window i think its normal.
