Is it normal that i feel like i'm afraid to sleep?
Okay, I have a major trouble going to sleep at a decent hour. Maybe because it's summer and I don't have to wake up early, but here's the thing... school starts tomorrow and I'm stuck in the habit of going to sleep at around 5am.
I don't have depression or anything like that and I don't cry myself to sleep, BUT if I try and sleep ealier I get this anxiety, like I'm scared to sleep. Soo I stay up,watch tv, read, computer... anything to distract me from sleeping. And I'm also used to making myself stay up when I'm exhausted.
Oh, and I like to sleep, i just enjoy sleeping during the day instead- and sleeping in.
So, what are your thoughts?
