Is it normal that i feel like everything is fake months after weed

Okay so about 4 months ago i smoked some synthetic weed not knowing what i was smoking i was told it was real(i was thirteen at the time) and i had this total panic attack and felt as i was in a dream and that everything was fake. The feeling came on and off and completely stopped when i lyed down on the floor and relaxed. Now i feel normal with a little buzz and its been like some months. But when i get mad or move to fast i still feel like im in that horrifying world for like a split second.I want this to leave COMPLETELY!

This is exactly why we need to legalize regular weed. People are going to smoke it anyway, and if they can get something that looks like it legal, they're going to do it even though it is a million times more dangerous than weed. Now to the person that posted this, the reason it probably messed you up so long is because you're young. It hasn't been proven yet, but scientists think that the only harmful effects in weed are in people who are under 18, because their brain hasn't completely developed yet.

Fake weed is really bad. People go to the hospital after smoking that stuff all the time. Your doctor can probably help you feel better. When I was having anxiety attacks (for different reasons) my nurses were very comforting and genuinely concerned for my health... just talking to them made me feel better about everything.

I had the day after smoking sometimes, but I got it again when I dropped out of school and lost touch with all my friends, it was really horrifying. I'm sorry that you are experiencing it too but you should know it can go away.

I have one recommendation; be more positive. What I really mean is focus on the good stuff, start thinking about how to improve your life, and start making connections with people. Do you have meaningful conversations with people?

On second thought, I would recommend you talk to your parents and let them know, and see if you can get a psychologist. I do not recommend going on any drugs of any sort because they can make it WORSE. Trust me on this one. It's the way you're feeling. It has to be. Something has you feeling disconnected and it's all about getting back in touch with your inner self and other people. I really hope the best for you.
