Is it normal that i feel i will never get a girlfriend?

My looks aren't the best, my tastes are very controversial compared to where I live, I am not funny, I'm am not interesting and I cant break the ice unless it's a well know friend.

And despite all that i dont want a ugly girlfriend, i want a normal sociable girlfriend that I can call my best friend (no friendzone)

    Instead of soul searching for your beautiful 'best friend', just go out and meet people and enjoy life.

    Lift weights, get your bodyfat % down. Put on clothes that fit you. Pay attention to social tells for when a girl is interested. Learn how to socialize by taking a genuine interest in her. That's how you win.
