Is it normal that i feel emotionless?

I have lost five friends that I’ve known since childhood and an aunt this year. Two of my friend were killed in a car accident, one murdered, one suicide and another one hit by a car and died from head injuries. My aunt died of a heart in September and my last friend died in October. Lately I’ve been stressed no sleep I’m sad that my friends are gone but I feel like when they died my emotions died with them. My family and friends keep on bringing up the fact that they don’t see me smile anymore. I don’t what I should or how I should feel anymore about my emotions.

You have had a major shock to tour system physically and mentally. It is noal to feel numb but you really need to find a councoler to help you through this hard time. There are some plves that will work on a sliding scale based on income

When I find myself in your position, I'll tell you what I always do: I catch about ten or fifteen rats, spray paint them green and purple, and put little goggles on their heads. Then I go to the nearest public library and release them. Then I fill my bathtub with ice and jump into it naked over and over again, screaming "Scalon!!" at the top of my lungs. Try it!

It's normal, you've been through a lot, you probably fear the pain of opening up, when you can try to open up, it will come out, whether you want it to or not.

It's normal, while at a relatives funeral I looked around the room seeing everyone crying, I felt guilty for not expressing any emotion and felt out of place so I tried as hard as I could to cry. It didnt really work so I went to the bathroom and closed my eyes and pressed on them hard and ripped out a few nose hairs until I got them to tear up and a little bloodshot. I'm guessing it worked because people came and gave me hugs saying that comforting bullshit people say at those things.

But that really doesnt help much lol

It sounds like you've been through a lot. If you've seen commercials for antidepressents i think you will recognize feeling the same way as they say. You might think of getting help or find someone you can talk to about how you feel. It might sound cheesy but saying how you feel can make you feel so much better and it might make you smile and have fun again. Go make some new friends and find something that you love doing, so when you feel sad or nothing at all do what you love to help cheer you up. i hope this helps and im sorry for your losses.
