Is it normal that i feel better when i'm sick than not?
First of all, for some reason I know if coming down with a cold 2-3 days before feeling even a tingle in my throat and when cold finally comes(common cold not life threatening infections or Anthrax), my stress melts away, feels more relaxed and happier, just like after an intense gym session.
The major offset is the congestion (Boo) but the slight numbing in muscles distracts my subconscious so my chest feels lighter than air. Kind of a load off my chest so to speak.
It's not the cold medicines, I haven't even taken anything several occasions just to prove its true.
So I find it hard to believe when others complain about their common cold. I feel positively radiant!
