You don't feel bad because you're rich; you feel bad because you're wasting your life. It isn't about money. A person can have money and be complete - in fact, it's easier when you're not starving to death. But what you've got a lot of is *time*. Use that wisely.
Donating a little bit to charity wouldn't kill you. Who knows...maybe one day the tables will be turned and you'll be the one needing assistance. Don't mess with karma, it can be a total bitch.
I think you're normal. At least you feel grateful for what you've got, though. There's nothing worse than a spoiled brat who thinks the world owes them something.
I always really like it when people earn their money, but oh well, not much I can do about that.
You're rich and you spend time here?
I'd be knee deep in hookers and cocaine if I were you.
Like your point of view but why feel bad about it? Thank faith :P Charity can clear your conscience if you dont want to dont you have good view again.
You can't fix the world, you can't save every single dying kid in Africa. So don't worry about it. Fix the problems in your life that you can actually solve, that way you won't be wasting your time.
Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime.
Better start investing in index funds like SPY (ticker symbol). Buy the dips.
Well its good to hear that at least one rich person has enough brains to feel bad for coasting through their life with their hands in their pockets whistling. I sweat for my check and I'm killed by my bills so I can't really feel bad for starving kids when they should get out and join a local rebel group or do a paper route to make money
You need to get a job. Have you ever heard that lottery winners are often broke after only a year after they win? It's because money goes away. Someone could be living in a trailer, eating the cheapest foods, not using internet or tv, and they would still eventually run out of money. Somebody living an expensive lifestyle would run out even faster. Get a career and get some skills that are valuable in the workforce so you are not losing money faster than you are gaining.
at least you have a conscience, I respect you for that, if only more people were like you.
