Is it normal that i fall asleep during meetings

I keep falling asleep during work meetings, no matter how involved I am, I also fall asleep when I am driving a long distance or I am a passenger. I can only read a few pages and then fall asleep. Is this normal??

I do because I have sleep apnea but I tell my boss it is because he is so boring

Snort a line of cocaine before each meeting, that will keep you awake.

And no, it's not normal, you probably have insomnia or something preventing you from sleeping normally.

I've experienced the same. It could be for a number of reasons. Ask your doctor to send you to a sleep lab.

    Best Wishes!

Get better sleep at night. Alternative remedies: Dayquil and Ritalin or cocaine. Your choice.

I've never fallen asleep in my meetings but my brain does tend to freeze up and I'm terrible after driving. Unfortunately all our head office meetings are a three hour drive away and by the time I get there (after a 4am start) I'm already half asleep. Think you are pretty normal :)
