Is it normal that i everyday quarrel with my family?

Everyday I quarrel with my family.My friend call me to ask me want to play or not, I say yes. When i was playing i use my friends scooter when it is about to rain i scared that the clothes along the corridor will be wet, so i faster used my friends scooter to go home put the clothes inside my house. when i come back, my brother is at home, he never put the clothes outside, and want me to help him do everytime. i am so angry,is it normal?
