Is it normal that i "escape" through music

I usually feel really cringey(uncomfortable) about my actions and it usually leads me to turn on a movie or somtype of music anything from death metal to the medieval sounds from sarek
Another thing that causes me to do this is the fact that I can't stand silence att all I just want to know if I'm normal or not...?

When I'm feeling down or cringey I listen to Skillet. It's a good band. Look up "Feel Invincible", and "The Resistance". I also agree that silence is awful. There has to be something playing or some background noise going.

    It's normal. I listen to music 24/7.

We can't answer your questions because you have asked two different questions with two different answers. It is obviously normal to enjoy music and have it be good for you emotionally. If you feel "uncomfortable with your actions", with is not normal, then you probability have covert narcissism and need to cure yourself starting right now, today, and not "waiting" or "escaping" from anything from further.
