Is it normal that i enjoy having my gums pricked at the dentist?

When I get the reminder postcard from the dentist, I'm actually happy because it means I get to have my gums pricked! It's pleasure/pain thing -- like a good massage!

    Yea, as long as you aren't getting your gums overly lacerated, it can feel good.
