Is it normal that i eat alot?

Right, i eat alot like ALOT, alot and my friends always say to me that even if i eat loads, i dont put on any weight, however i really think i am but i dont know yet. Im really nervous cause I dont wanna get fat but i cant stop eating too much, I probabaly eat as much as obese people seriously... its weird but i cant help it! :/ Is it normal to feel nervous but cant stop?

    if you want to control your eating habits you have to plan your eating time. not just when ever you feel like eating and vise versa. You can search up many diet plans up online, but ill tell you mine.

    Breakfast is very important. You have to have it. Some people have terrible sleeping habits, so dont worry about the time, its whenever you wake up after a long sleep. And after that i wait for 2 hours have a small snack, and then i wait another 2 hours and have a meal and so on. If i have a really big meal which gets me bloated i wait longer like 3hours till i have a small snack. I eat in small amounts but in many quantity because i find this helps my metabolism.

    If you wait to long to eat, lets say you havent ate in 4hours+ with nothing. You will eat alot more then usually. And trying to stop is near impossible with just will power. This is why you have to have breakfast, because you dont eat for an extended time.
    Now your probably asking why do we eat more if you dont eat nothing for an extended time? Because our body doesnt know when it will get its next meal so its stores more. Its a survival instinct imbedded in us human.
    So i hope you can see how control your time of eating is the way to control your eating.

      I forgot to mention, if your very active you have to eat more also. that might have been obvious. Though i think people tend to forget.
